The Gramercy is a Classical Revival Office Building designed by the noted Philadelphia Architect Clarence Eaton Schermerhorn (1872-1925) and built in 1915 for the firm J.K. Darison & Sons. Schermerhorn was notably one of the principal architects of the historic Union League of Philadelphia, just a few blocks away on Broad Street. Today the Darison building has been restored to its Gilded Age beauty and rechristened The Gramercy. Inside, 21st century modernization was the primary goal for the condominiums. Thus they are all prewired for cable, Internet and smart home technology.

The Design your own finish Concept:

The developers of The Gramercy believe that customization by the homeowner is what makes a new living space a home. To accommodate this oft sought after but rarely realized desire, The Gramercy features customizable units, in which all the fundamental work has been completed, allowing you to design your own space and select your preferred amenities. The developers have developed a flexible framework with a fixed cost that simplifies the finish. We have two proposed packages with pre-fixe full completion prices. You and our design partners choose all the specific amenities and our finish experts complete our service. If you so desire you can choose every detail without using our comprehensive amenity selections, on an a la carte basis, or mix and match as you please.
